System Overview :
The Maixin torque limiting system collects real-time working state parameters of the crane through pressure, length, angle, and other state detectors. After processing, it accurately determines whether the crane is within the safe working range, and displays the actual working parameters of the crane in text/graphics on the LCD display: crane arm length (length L), elevation angle (angle A), working radius (amplitude R), rated lifting capacity (MW), actual lifting capacity (AW), and torque percentage (P), providing great convenience for crane operators to comprehensively understand the working status of the crane. When the crane exceeds 90% of its rated torque, the system will promptly issue a warning signal; When the set alarm value is reached, an alarm signal is issued and the crane control mechanism is used to quickly cut off the crane's movement in the dangerous direction, limiting the crane to only move in the safe direction until the dangerous state is lifted. The Maixin torque limiting system is controlled by a microcomputer and adopts a modular structure. It has made significant improvements in accuracy, safety and reliability, system operability, debugging methods, and standardization. Especially for installation and debugging, all use their own panel buttons for operation, and display prompts in graphics or text, making debugging simple, intuitive, and user-friendly.
The main monitoring interface is described as follows:
1. The green area represents the amplitude range corresponding to the rated torque between 0% and 90%
2. The yellow area represents the amplitude range corresponding to the rated torque between 90% and 99.9%
3. The red area represents the amplitude range when the rated torque exceeds 99.9%
4. When the progress bar reaches the boundary between the green and yellow areas, the force limiter will beep intermittently. When the progress bar moves to the boundary between the yellow and red areas, the force limiter will continue to beep and cut off the dangerous direction action.
